Police Search for Suspects in Lewisdale Teen's Homicide
Prince George's County Police are hoping some community outreach will help them identify the suspects.
Prince George's County Police officers spent Wednesday night in Lewisdale handing out flyers and talking to community members about a double shooting that lead to a 14-year-old boy's death. Police Officer First Class Edward Martin said police have yet to identify suspects in the alleged drive-by shooting in the 2200 block of Sheridan Street around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday morning. Officers arriving on the scene discovered two males suffering from gunshot wounds. One adult male was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. The second victim, Eliezer Benjamin Reyes of Lewisdale was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
