The New Deal cafe will host its Reel and Meal event tonight. Locals can join the debate on gun control and find out how they can help.
Prince George's County residents will have the opportunity to chime in and learn more about the national gun control debate Monday night, when the New Deal Cafe in Greenbelt hosts a Reel and Meal event featuring "Living for 32." The movie is the account of a young survivor of the 2007 Virginia Tech mass shootings taking a lead on strengthening the nation's gun-control laws. Colin Goddard recently met with Vice President Joe Biden to discuss solutions for the nation's issue with gun violence and also has been working on the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
