By Anamika Roy, Capital News Service A vocal anti-abortion protester who climbed a tree at the Presidential Inaugural on Monday was arrested by Capitol Police after his screaming disturbed ticketholders. A man identified by Capitol Police as Rives Grogan was a ticketed guest, who was detained after causing the disturbance, said Capitol Police spokesman Shennell S. Antrobus. He has been a pastor at New Beginnings Christian Church in Los Angeles, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. He has twice disrupted Supreme Court proceedings, according to an NBC Washington story. By Nicole Macon Capital News Service A transportation system created by the Center for Advanced Transportation Technology Laboratory at the University of Maryland, College Park will be used during Monday’s Presidential Inauguration to monitor the area’s roads to help local and state agencies react quickly to any traffic problems. The Regional Integrated Transportation Information System plots traffic data onto a map that includes a variety of information about accidents, parking, weather and mass transit updated in real-time. Regional traffic cameras are also linked to the system so that agencies can visually verify the extent of an accident. Craigslist featured more than 100 inauguration listings on Thursday morning, Jan. 10. The listings were found by searching for the term "inauguration" under the "apts/housing for rent" section. President Barack Obama's second inauguration ceremony and celebration Jan. 21 will be a far cry from the inauguration of our first president, George Washington. That ceremony was held April 30, 1789, at Federal Hall in New York City, where the federal government was headquartered at the time.
