If you love wine and great food, Adega Wine Cellars in downtown Silver Spring is the place for you. The food is gourmet but made quickly and the restaurant also hosts a wine cellar that sells a few known and a few unique wines. If you go there a few things you should try — eggplant fries or calamari to start and then the Hickory Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork, Napa Valley Cabernet Burger or the Pineapple Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich for lunch or dinner. They also have salads, flatbreads and pasta dishes to please.
