Mrs. Stokes passed away on Feb. 17.
A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday at Lincoln Funeral Home in Brentwood.
The 44-year veteran of medicine passed away on Sunday, Feb. 13.
Rigano died at his Riverdale home on Tuesday of complications from cancer.

Not much has been said publicly about the quiet, young rapper from Edmonston, but if his funeral Friday morning was any indication, Leonard Raynod Smith-Matthews was a catalyst among those who knew and loved him. Stabbing victim Leonard Raynod Smith-Matthews will be laid to rest Friday morning, according to a Facebook page dedicated to his memory. Smith-Matthews was slain June 30 during a fight at University Town Center. Prince George's County Police, who are investigating the crime, do not know the motive for the fight and do not have any suspects in custody at this time. The funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church in North Brentwood. The main service starts at 11 a.m.

Family and friends will remember the Brentwood man tonight in memorial service.
A doting father, a free-spirit and a kind soul — those are the ways Jessica Bacon would love her brother to be remembered. Although Bradford Curtis Bacon's death was due to an unlikely accident, when he was fatally struck by a train at Blundon's Crossing in Riverdale Park last Thursday morning, Jessica said her brother was larger than life, artistic and had a bit of a rebel streak.
