Crescent Cities Center is one of the many locations for Genesis Healthcare. Crescent provides a range of services for short-term and long-term guests. The Center works as a caring bridge between hospital and home, providing patients with rehabilitation therapy with an eye toward speedy recoveries. Crescent Cities Center also offers 24-hour care for elderly residents and chronically ill patients.
The center offers many amenities and programs, including 24-hour nursing and staffing, individual treatment plans, exercise/wellness programs, dementia services, on-site physicians, on-site religious and social activities, personal care services, rehabilitation care and hospice care. The facility has several gardens, common rooms, barber and salon services and cable TV.
This is the worse place ever. I would not reccommend this place to my enmy. The staff are not nice, non professional, and no bed side manners. The management is no better. The mice rolls on the floor like they are playing a game. The food service rolls the cart floor to floor, so unsanitize. This is a place to go when you do not care about your love ones. The social worker had a tilte, she was not helpful.
