Report: More Passengers Using BWI Over Dulles

But both airports lose out to Reagan National for percent gains in passenger traffic.

Dulles Airport saw a 2.9 percent drop in passenger traffic in 2012, while Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport saw a 1.3 percent gain, the Baltimore Business Journal reports.

For total passenger traffic, BWI, with 22.7 million passengers in 2012, had a slight edge over Dulles, with 22.4 million passengers.

Reagan National saw a 4.3 percent increase, but a total of only 19.6 million passengers, according to the report.
