Students who collaborated on the website communicated their ideas, planned how they would complete their work, and used the site to get to know one another. The CSTEM organizers in Houston tracked the students' and teachers' use of the site.
The schools competing this year represented Maryland, Cleveland, Mississippi, Houston, Tennessee and the Dominican Republic. Ms. Akinnuoye was the top Middle School Ambassador and won a laptop and a CSTEM Blazer.
