Riza is a recipient of the  Gates Millennium Scholarship, which will fully pay his college tuition, according to Fox 5. He is United States legally with is father and sister as refugees, and said he thinks they reason his mother's visa was denied is that the government fears she will not return to Nepal following the graduation.
