Students did jumping jacks for one minute to help Nat Geo Kids and First Lady Michelle Obama's effort to break the Guinness World Record for the most people doing jumping jacks.

University Park Elementary students spent the last minute of the school day trying to break the Guinness World Records.

The students spent one minute doing jumping jacks as a part of the National Geographic Kids' "Let's Jump" challenge. The challenge is a part of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign. Obama's campaign hopes to get American kids eating healthier and increasing their physical activity.

Participants have 24 hours to break the record, which is to get more than 20,425 doing jumping jacks.
