MSA Testing Begins Tuesday

They've been preparing for months—both students and teachers—and now the Maryland School Assessment (MSA) is around the corner.

It's a stressful time for teachers and administrators, while they hope their students will succeed on the MSA and even students feel the pressure. Some schools like , hosted a spirit week to prepare for the week of testing. They'll hold a pep rally Monday.

So before the tests begin Tuesday, here are some suggestions from GreatSchools.org to relieve stress. 

Also a good night's sleep and a healthy breakfast are important for the day of the test.

Take this weekend to have some fun and decrease anxiety. Finally, encourage students to give their best effort.
