University Park Drafts Letter of Concerns About Cafritz
The mayor and part of the town council drafted a letter listing the town's concerns about the project.
Over the weekend, a draft letter of University Park's position on the Cafritz property development was released on the town's website.
The letter states the town's position on several items like traffic, stormwater management, zoning, market conditions and public safety. However, their concerns are broken down to specific issues, they hope the developers will address like only one main access point, a circulator bus and the town's opposition to MUTC zoning.
