After releasing a draft letter noting their concerns about the proposed and listening to presentations about the development from both the property owner's attorney and Riverdale Park's planner, University Park's mayor and council will take steps to negotiate terms on their town's behalf Monday in an executive session.
The Cafritz property, although in Riverdale Park, will face University Park across Baltimore Avenue and the town's residents are concerned about traffic, pedestrian safety as well as a number of other items they believe with affect their community, if the proposed development becomes a reality.
