University Park to Consider Latest Cafritz Plan Wednesday

The town council will review the Detailed Site Plans for the proposed Cafritz development.

The University Park Town Council is holding a special session Wednesday night to review and consider the Detailed Site Plan for the proposed development. 

According to the agenda, the council will review and vote on each condition of the DSP separately. They will also vote on language for a letter of that University Park Mayor John Tabori will read before the Prince George's County Planning Board on Thursday during the hearing on the Cafritz property DSP.

Riverdale Park voted in a special session on Saturday to approve the DSP with conditions. College Park voted to disapprove the DSP during its council meeting last week.

Wednesday's meeting beings at 7:30 p.m. and is being held in the library of University Park Elementary School. The meeting is open to the public.
