Prince George's Democrats Hope to Replace Del. Tiffany Alston With Greg Hall

Alston was found guilty of misconduct in office and suspended from her post last month.

Prince George's County Democrats plan to replace Del. Tiffany Alston (D-Prince George's) with businessman Greg Hall in the Maryland House of Delegates, .

Alston struck a plea bargain in October on charges of using campaign money to help pay for her wedding. Although she maintained she would return to her post after fulfilling community service, she was removed from her post on Oct. 9 when she was found guilty of misconduct.

The 24-member Democratic Central Committee voted in favor of Hall's nomination on Friday night, according to the paper. Gov. Martin O'Malley will still have to approve the nomination.

Mrs. Alston maintains she will return to her post after a stint on the chain gang. Would that be because she expects the citizens of Prince Georges County to also pay for an impending divorce?

Sorry Tiffany, you were caught and it does not look good for you coming back to county government, but you are on your to state or federal office with no problem, you will fit right in with the other criminals we all call politicians.
