Meeting Previews: Both Town Councils to Meet Tonight
Both Riverdale Park and University Park' mayor and councils will meet separately.
Riverdale Park's mayor and council will meet tonight starting at 8 p.m. at town hall.
The newly-elected councilmembers will be sworn-in tonight as well as discuss a curb cut for Dumm's Corner Market, a property use agreement for transfer, a charter amendment resolution, an ordinance in and adopting the 2012 budget.
University Park's mayor and council will meet at 7 p.m. in the media center of University Park Elementary School.

The agenda will start with awards for UPES students who participated in a science fair. There will also be discussion on various permit applications, and update on various development projects from the mayor, the street improvement contract and a request for a corn toss tournament.
