Conservation Group Gives 100% Ratings to 22nd District Lawmakers

The scores measure each legislator's voting record on environmental bills.

The Maryland League of Conservation Voters has awarded all four of the 22nd district's elected officials 100 percent ratings in its 2012 Environmental Scorecard.

Sen. Paul Pinsky (D), Del. Tawanna Gaines (D),
Del. Anne Healey (D), and Del. Justin Ross (D) each achieved the group's highest score. The 22nd district covers Riverdale Park, University Park, and several other nearby communities.

The ratings measure a legislator's record on environmental bills by determining whether each of his or her votes matched the LCV's stance.
