Cafritz Presention at Riverdale Park's Worksession Monday Night
The Cafritz property developers will present their updated plan at Riverdale Park's council meeting Monday night.
Riverdale Park's council is set to meet Monday night after taking a summer recess.
Although the most popular item might be a presentation from the Cafritz property developers - who may discuss their new consideration of the MUTC zoning, there are also several other items on the council's work session agenda.
Prior to the meeting, the town will host a reception for the local teachers who travelled to Riverdale Park's sister city over the summer Ipala, Guatemala as a part of an exchange program. The reception will begin at 7 p.m.
