Two Injured in a Car Accident Tuesday Evening

Victims were transported to Prince George's Hospital Center.

Two people were injured in a car accident Tuesday night in Riverdale Park.

The accident occurred around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection Riverdale Road and Kenilworth Avenue.

Riverdale Fire Chief Charles Ryan said one person was trapped inside the car, but the injuries weren't fatal.

The victims have been transported to Prince George's Hospital Center.
