Prince George's County Police say a Riverdale man was arrested last week after allegedly stalking a young girl while she waited for a school bus.
Narciso Bonilla, 33, of the 6100 block of Kenilworth Ave., was taken into custody Friday and charged with stalking and harrassment.
According to the PGPD, Bonilla watched a 13-year-old girl last week for several days in a row as she stood at her bus stop in the 5800 block of 58th Avenue in Riverdale.
Police said he honked his horn and waved, approached the girl to speak with her, and attempted to give her a rose. At one point, the girl reportedly became frightened and ran to a fire station for help.
Detectives set up a surveillance operation and witnessed Bonilla stalking the girl, police said, at which point he was placed under arrest.
