Police Investigate Daytime Burglary

Police investigate another break-in on Underwood Street Wednesday.

A suspect stole three laptops and jewelry from a home on the 4400 block of Underwood Street on Wednesday.

Police Chief Michael Wynnyk wrote in an advisory to residents that the suspect entered the home through an open window in the front of the residence between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. The resident came home and noticed property missing and a disarranged bedroom.

Police are investigating the break-in and no suspects have been located at this time.

Wynnyk advised residents to lock their windows and doors, and contact police immediately if they see suspicious behavior.
