Police: Help Solve Armed Robbery at RJ Bentley's

Police have released pictures of two people believed to have robbed the restaurant at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The Prince George’s County Police are asking for help identifying two men involved in a weekend armed robbery in College Park.

According to a statement by police, two people entered the RJ Bentley’s in the 7300 block of Baltimore Venue at about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17 and demanded cash. One of the robbers had a gun, according to police. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time.

The two took an undisclosed amount of money, according to police, then drove away in a silver Acura with Maryland tags.

Police have released pictures of two people wanted in connection with the robbery and the car that they left in.  

The department is asking anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the robbers to call the CID/Robbery unit at 301-772-4905. Callers can also leave an anonymous message with Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
