Prince George's County and other local firefighters responded to the scene of a house fire in University Park Wednesday evening.
According to Prince George's County Fire Department spokesman Mark Brady, the fire started shortly before 5 p.m. at 6600 Wells Pkwy.
The fire was described as small and was contained in the walls. The flames are out, Brady reported, but firefighters are still checking the extension.
