Man Fatally Injured as Car Falls off Jack in Riverdale

A man suffered fatal injuries Wednesday in Riverdale when the car he was working on fell off a jack and crushed him, according to Prince George's County fire officials.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. in the 5400 block of Carters Lane.
Authorities said the victim, whose name has not been released, was transported to a hospital with critical injuries and later pronounced dead.
