A brush fire broke out at 4400 Underwood Street shortly after 5 p.m. in University Park.
Prince George's County Fire Department Spokesman Mark Brady said the fire started when a utility line fell into a tree, which ignite and then spread to the yard.
No injuries have been reported according to Brady.
