effectively safeguarding thousands of acres of pristine Utah land
slated for oil and gas leases. Tim entered the auction hall, registered
as bidder #70, and outbid industry giants on land parcels winning 22,000
acres of land worth $1.7 million before the auction was halted. For
this action, Tim was incarcerated for 21 months.
