Wintry Mix Forecast for County
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory beginning at 9 p.m.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Prince George's County from 9 p.m. through 7 a.m. Tuesday. A mix of precipitation types is expected overnight with 2 to 5 inches of snowfall possible. Isolated accumulations of 6 inches is possible.
A winter weather advisory is issued when frozen precipitation is expected which may impact travel. Travel during the Tuesday morning rush hour may become hazardous. NWS is urging caution be used during any travel.
