What's at the Riverdale Park Farmers Market
On this week's menu: artisan cheeses, tatsoi, and fresh-baked bread.
Presidents Day weekend is almost here, and what better way to celebrate the occasion than a feast fit for a commander-in-chief? The Riverdale Park Farmers Market has all fresh, local ingredients you'll need for just such a meal.
Drop by the town center building from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. today (Thursday) for a selection including:
- Artisan cheeses from P. A. Bowen Farmstead (Brandywine, MD)
- Bread and baked goods from Stone Hearth Bakery (Frederick, MD)
- A wide array of meats from Groff's Content Farm (Rocky Ridge, MD)
- Apples, canned peaches, cilantro, mustard greens, tatsoi, arugula, turnips, spinach, popcorn, and potatoes from the farm stand.
