Week in Review: Cafrtiz, New Police Chief, Crime and Donuts

The news that made the headlines this week in Riverdale and University Park.

This week we received from a Whole Foods executive coordinator over the grocer's lease with the Cafritz property developers. An editorial in the Washington Post that we concerning the development also drew a good bit of discussion from readers.
