Update: Tornado Watch in Prince George's County Until 2 a.m.
The National Weather Service has advised residents to be aware of evening storms.
Update, 8:48 p.m.: The National Weather Service has extended the tornado watch in Prince George's County until 2 a.m. Thursday.
Original Post, 4:09 p.m.: With thunderstorms in the forecast for Wednesday evening and night, The National Weather Service issued an extended tornado watch for the entire DC metro area, including Prince George's County.
The watch will continue until 8 p.m.
