Not one to party? Here's several other events in Prince George's County that can help you ring in the new year.

Not everyone likes to dress up, pay lots of money for a party ticket and go out drinking to celebrate the new year.

If you'd like a more somber or reflective way to ring in the new year, here are a few events around Prince George's County that give you an alternative.

Several Baptist churches in the county are holding "watch night" services. The service begins on New Year's Eve and ends shortly after midnight, helping attendees reflect on the past year and look forward to the year to come. , , and will hold "watch night" events.
