Hello again from STEP-UP! We hope you are all surviving the blistering July heat. Here is the latest news in your town's energy efficiency program:

If you have already had an energy audit or improvements done on your house, firstly congratulations! You have taken the initiative and are saving money, energy, and the environment!

Secondly, you can soon expect a short survey from STEP-UP to arrive in your inbox. This brief survey asks a few questions about your experience with STEP-UP, and is designed to collect feedback so that we can make the experience more positive for other residents. Your feedback helps perpetuate the program and is a great help to us, so keep checking your inbox in the next week and fill out the survey when you get a chance! Remember, if you have any questions, please contact the Energy Coach at energycoach@upmd.org.

Also, in a few weeks STEP-UP will be going out door-to-door to talk to residents. If you have already signed up, it will just be a quick conversation about your experience; if not, we will provide you with the materials necessary and the contact information for our Energy Coach.

Feel free to say hi if you see us, and we would love to chat with anyone who has any questions or feedback about STEP-UP. So keep checking those inboxes and don’t be alarmed if a six foot tall stranger shows up at your door – that’s just , and he’s very friendly.
