Sales Remained Steady in February
Although there were no sales in University Park, overall the market remains steady.
It looks like prices are close to last month, but sales remain steady for Riverdale Park.
University Park had no sales for February, but they have fewer homes on the market with higher prices.
Short sales and Foreclosures continue to drive the market in the Riverdale area. Considering the weather we had this past month, the market is looking very positive.
