Riverdale Park Farmers Mini-Market Set for Thursday
Meats, baked goods, and produce will be on sale from 3 to 6 p.m.
If you're suffering from fresh fare withdrawal, fear not: the second installment of the Riverdale Park Farmers Mini-Market is set for this Thursday.
Running from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Town Center parking lot, the market will feature baked goods from Stone Hearth Bakery:
- Bread
- Pastries
- Cookies

- Pastured pork & lamb
- Grass-fed beef
- Sausages
- Chickens
- Eggs
And produce and other products from Three Springs Fruit Farm of Biglerville, Pa.:
- Stayman apples
- Honeycrisp apples
- Jonagold apples
- Bosc pears
- Apple and pear butters
- Applesauce with spice and no sugar
- Apple cider gallons
- Eva potatoes
- Candy onions
The market will be moved inside the town center building in case of inclement weather.

According to coordinator Jim Coleman, the schedule for any additional mini-markets this winter will be based on the popularity of the first few installments. A third market is already set for Thursday, Dec. 22.
