Real Estate Prices Increase in Riverdale Park, More Homes Sold in University Park
Numbers in May show the market is improving.
It looks like the prices for Riverdale Park have gone up for the month of May.
Several have come under contract so that bodes well for the next month if they all close on time.
University Park had a good volume month, with three homes selling for May and three under contract which should keep that area steady.

I am hearing through the grapevine that prices are going to creep up and market conditions improve in the next one to two years.
