A roundup of recent property transfers in Riverdale and University Park.

The Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation recorded four property transfers in Riverdale Park, greater Riverdale and University Park during the month of November. (Note: Records are not readily available through the department's database until approximately a month after a sale occurs.)

5407 Newby Ave.: Paul E. Investments and Development Inc. transferred to Numidia Ferreira on Nov. 8 for consideration valued at $170,000.

6315 51st Ave.: The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) transferred to Pumthawng Mung consideration valued at $120,000.
