Urban Turf, a DC real estate blog based in Alexandria, VA, discussed Riverdale Park in one of it's latest posts about local real estate.
Although the site says Riverdale Park is still searching for it's identity, it says the town's diverse population, town council and police force, proximity to the University of Maryland and quaint, small-town like feel are positives, while the residents they quoted seem to think the area schools are the biggest drawback.
It also mentions the as a negative.
