Photo of the Day: Kitchen Guild Shows How to Feast for Winter

The Kitchen Guild at the Riversdale House Museum.

Dressed like women would in the 1700s, volunteers with the Riversdale House Museum presented ways of cooking a winter feast Sunday at noon.

The Kitchen Guild series, which is held twice a month, allows visitors to experience how a meal would have been made during the 18th century.

On Sunday, the volunteers were making homemade sausages and cooking a duck stuffed with sausage over a fire.
