Jazz on the Lawn Returns to Riversdale Wednesday

The jazz group Cheek to Cheek will be performing at  tonight (Wednesday, July 25) from 7 to 8 p.m. 

"" occurs one Wednesday each month during the summer and features a free concert and refreshments for sale from Calvert House Inn. 

Ann Wass, the history and museum specialst for the Riversdale Historical Society, says the event typically sees between 150 and 200 residents who come out with their children and families to enjoy the music and relax. 

"It's a really nice community, neighborhood event," Wass told Patch.
