President’s Day Weekend Wine & Cheese Reception & Book Signing

I would like to invite you to our Presidents’ Day Wine & Cheese Reception, coming up this Sunday at 2:00 pm. (see attached flyer.)

The affair is casual and we will have light snacks, refreshments, music and door-prizes too.

The event will be held on Sunday, February 19th  •  2–4 p.m. at the Town Center (upstairs)
5700 Berwyn Rd,  Berwyn Heights, MD 20740.

Authors, Don Lynch, Tom Alderson and Melissa Avery will be there to sign copies of “Riverdale Park–Images of America” on behalf of the Historical Association of Riverdale Park (HARP), plus, copies of “Berwyn Heights: Then & Now” and the recently published “Greenbelt–Images of America” will also be available.

One or more of these books will be offered as a door prize, as well as, a pair of tickets to the March 9th performance of “The Perilous Fight” by the New Old Theatre/Old Parish House in College Park. Several BHHC committee members will be attending this play about “the War of 1812 as told in ballad and anthem.”
