Shakespeare in the Park

Prince George's County Animal Shelter Adoption Event

·      Where:  3750 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro

·      When:  Saturday, July 20, 12 p.m.

·      Description:  Dog lovers are invited to stop by Clipper's Canine Cafe to meet some wonderful dogs available for adoption that are looking for their forever homes.

Community Day 2013 - A Day for Caring and Sharing

·      Where:  Vansville Park 11733 Old Baltimore Pike Beltsville

·      When:  Sunday, July 21, 1 p.m.

·      Description:  Music, Food, Entertainment, and Children's Activities in Vansville Park.

·      Cost: Free

Kite Making Workshop

·      Where:  College Park Aviation Museum

·      When:  Sunday, July 21, 1 p.m.

·      Description:  Kite lovers are invited to spend the afternoon at the museum building and decorating their own kite. 

·      Cost:  $8

Charm City Roller Girls - Season 8 Interleague Game 4

·      Where:  Clarence DuBurns Arena, 3100 Boston St, Baltimore

·      When:  Saturday, July 20, 5:30 p.m.

·      Description:  Charm City Roller Girls Court Close Competition.  Female Trouble v. Pioneer Valley & CCRG All Stars v. Naptown.

·      Cost:  $15

Classic Car Show 2013 - 2nd Annual Customer Appreciation Day

·      Where:  15222 Old Chapel Road Bowie

·      When:  Saturday, July 20, 10 a.m.

·      Description:  Classic car show sponsored by Bowie Auto Service featuring the “High Rollers of Maryland”.  Music, games, face painting, free hotdogs and chips, food trucks and more.

·      Cost:  Free

BBQ at Holy Trinity

·      Where:  Holy Trinity Episcopal Church

·      When:  Saturday, July 20, 11 a.m.

·      Description:  Holy Trinity Episcopal Church is selling BBQ Featuring KBQ
Real BBQ to benefit renovations of the historic rectory. 
BBQ sales will be from 11 am-4 pm July 4 and every Saturday in July, (6, 13, 20, 27) in the Parish Hall.

Old Town Bowie Saturday Concert

·      Description:  This week’s band is: Chalk Dust, an acoustic rock band.
