Wood's Flowers Wins Readers' Choice
College Park florist runs away with the vote in this week's Readers' Choice awards.

The public has spoken.
And it has declared College Park based Wood's Flowers and Gifts as the Readers' Choice for the best florist in the area.
Wood's Flowers and Gifts won by snagging 65 percent of the vote. They also won the praise of local resident Sarah Wayland.
"Wood's Florist has been my florist for 15+ years now," wrote Wayland in a five star review of the business posted earlier this week. "They create beautiful arrangements, and they are very nice people."
Coming in second is Balloons by the Basket Gourmet Shop & Tiger Lilly Florist in Hyattsville, which earned 26 percent of our readers' vote.
