Boy those cops in PG county are real geniuses. Crack dealers do not take detergent as a form of payment. In Baltimore City, there are mom&pop shops, mostly Asian owned that will tell you what they need. You steal it, they pay you for it. I'm sure the same goes all over the country.

Would you rather buy your crack from a standard run-of-the-mill Montgomery County-caliber dealer that uses the Wal-Mart store brand detergent, or a PG County dealer that smells like a gentle summer breeze and happens to glow in ultraviolet light? Hey -- there's a thought -- the PG County police can add a blacklight flood to all their patrol cars to ferret out these seedy elements :)
