University Park Children's Clothing Co-Op to Offer Halloween Costumes and More This Saturday

There are many new sections this year for the popular fall and winter clothing co-op.

Halloween costumes, dress-up clothes, baby strollers and more are just some of the new items, shoppers will find this year at the University Park Children's Clothing Co-op.

The event which is held twice each year, at the change of seasons, offers parents great deals on lightly-worn children's clothing.

From sweaters and tights, to cargo pants and jackets, everything can be found Saturday morning at Riverdale Presbyterian Church, where the sale will be held.

Ellen Thorp, co-coordinator of the co-op, said she is excited about some of the sales new features.

A section called "things that go" will feature trains, trucks, cars, and more toys that move.

"We have several new sellers who will be selling baby gear - including
two high end strollers in excellent condition at over 50 percent off their
retail price," Thorp said. "Best of all, we will still have our much loved
Halloween costume section so people can go ahead and get those now
instead of running around at the last minute."

So save time, save money, and reduce your family's carbon footprint in University Park Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.
