The police have arrested and charged two people with the Friday morning murders of two adults and two children in Lanham, Prince George's County Police Chief Roberto L. Hylton announced Saturday morning.

Darrell Lynn Bellard, 43, of Dickinson, Texas, and Tkeisha Nicole Gilmer, 18, of Texas City, Texas, were arrested and charged with first degree murder.

Hylton said the murders were drug related and that the two adult victims, Dawn Yvette Brooks, 38, and Mwasiti Sikyala, 41, both of Lanham, had a "durg relationship" with the suspects. The two children were identified as Shakur Sylvester Sikyala, 4, and Shayla Shante Sikyala, 3.
