Parkdale's Ngoc Do Named Student of the Week
Ngoc, a senior, has earned a 3.95 GPA and takes part in many extracurricular activities.
With a GPA of 3.95, a daunting academic schedule, and a dizzying array of extracurricular activities, Parkdale High School's Ngoc Do was named Scholar of the Week last week by Prince George's County Public Schools.
Ngoc, a senior, has taken four advanced placement courses and is currently enrolled in Physics and Calculus II at Prince George's Community College.
His activities outside of the classroom include the Asian Student Association, the food pantry at Charles Carroll Middle School, and serving as lead cantor at his place of worship.
Ngoc will attend the University of Maryland College Park next year and plans to become an engineer.
