Das Best Oktoberfest

  • Where: National Harbor waterfront, Lot G, National Harbor, MD
  • When: Saturday, Sept. 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 23 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.
  • Description: Over 150 beers, wine and schnapps are served. Festival to be held rain or shine and includes food, contests, entertainment, and more.
  • Pricing: Ticket includes souvenir tasting mug and six beer tokens. Additional tokens may be purchased for $1.00 each.

Memories of Former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Mrs. Roosevelt

  • Description: The 75th Anniversary of Greenbelt is celebrated with an address from James Roosevelt.

5th Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival

Prince George's Cares Walk for the Homeless

  • Where: Allen Pond Park, 3330 Northview Dr., Bowie, MD
  • When: Saturday, Sept. 22 at 9:30 a.m.
  • Description: Walk to raise awareness and funds for those in need.  The event will include music, Washington Wizards cheerleaders, giveaways, and refreshments provided by Wegman's. Donations are accepted for a youth fund. Pre-registration available here.)

The Rexford Revue: A Post-Prohibition Evening

  • Where: Greenbelt Arts Center, 123 Centerway, Greenbelt, MD
