Election: University Park Ward 1 Candidates Must File By Wednesday
Residents interested in filing as a candidate to fill the town's Ward 1 council seat need to file by Oct. 12.
University Park living in Ward 1 who might want to represent their ward on the town's council have until Oct. 12 to file as a candidate.
The seat is vacant after former Councilwoman Margaret Mallino resigned from her position and decided to move with her husband to Missoula, MT.
The special election is set for Oct. 25. Ward 1 residents who are registered to vote in town can run for the seat.
