Democratic delegates, elected officials, and dignitaries will gather at the Time Warner Cable Arena for the first of three nights of speeches and presentations.
Tonight's lineup features numerous high-profile Democrats, culminating around 10 p.m. with appearances by Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro, and First Lady Michelle Obama.
Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to speak Wednesday, while President Barack Obama will deliver his acceptance speech Thursday night from nearby Bank of America Stadium
