Cafritz Property Developers Submitted Conceptual Site Plan for Riverdale Site
According to the county's planning department, the applicant submitted the plan for pre-acceptance review Monday.
The Cafritz property developers are one step closer to requesting the zoning change for their Riverdale Park property slated for a Whole Foods.
According to the county's planning department, the developers submitted their application Monday for pre-acceptance review.
Andrea Davey, a Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission spokeswoman, said the plan was receieved by the department's development review division. She said they will review the application for completeness, which will take several days and then they will let the applicant know if anything is missing or needs to be added.
Once the applicant returns the plan it can be submitted for formal review.
Residents wanting to learn more about the plan can attend a subdivision and development review committee meeting held every other Friday. It is not a hearing however, so guests can only listen to the committee discuss the project.
